B&F Medical Supplies, LLC is fully regulated and authorized by the State of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection to sell Drugs, cosmetics and Medical Devices through our website - Registration# CSW.0004815.   B&F Medical Supplies, LLC is registered in New Rochelle, NY United States of America as an online Durable Medical Equipment (DME) supplier with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. You can view the registration information with the Secretary of State in Westchester County. 

No, we do not work directly with insurance companies. However, you can ask your insurance company if they will reimburse you if you purchase an item out of pocket.  If approve, you can proceed to file a claim with your insurance company after you purchase the item.

B&F Medical Supplies is an online only medical supply store sourcing durable and affordable medical supplies and equipment from multiple manufacturers and suppliers. Items are generally shipped within 1 to 2 days. Overnight shipment can be arrange upon request. 

Items are generally shipped within 1 day to 2 days USPS priority mail or UPS.

Yes. Your personal details and order history are completely confidential and will never be shared with a third party.

We offer the option to give your GP details when you are placing your order. We can notify your GP for you if you wish, but we would not reveal any information without your consent.

We accept Credit card thru Stripe payment system, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.

All returns must have an authorization number (RA#) and return within 30 days after delivery, with the exception of PPE items. PPE items are non-refundable for sanitary purposes.  All return Product(s) must be in new for-sale condition.  If you need to return an item, please Contact our customer service department at 914-661-0145; email us at: bfmedicalsupply@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee with the exception of defective items. Special order items may be returned at our discretion. We will not accept returns on Merchandise used, PPE items or item that is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more than 30 days after receiving it.
